• Audit artefacts – HTML, performance metrics and screenshots of the pages you ask us to analyse

• To deliver, maintain and improve the audit service
• To generate reports and dashboards you request
• To process payments and keep your account in good standing
• To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents
• To communicate service updates, invoices or important notices

We process personal data only when we have a clear reason to do so, namely:

5. Automated analysis & AI

We use large-language-model (LLM) services to summarise page content and generate improvement suggestions. The models receive only the page content you asked us to analyse, never your login or billing details. We opt out of provider model-training programs wherever possible so your site data is not used to train future models. Human reviewers may inspect a subset of reports for quality-control purposes.

6. Data storage & security

• All traffic is protected with HTTPS/TLS
• Data at rest is encrypted with industry-standard algorithms
• Access to production systems is limited to authorised staff
• Audit files are stored in secure cloud buckets with signed URLs
• Payment details never touch our servers; Stripe handles them end-to-end

7. Sharing with service providers

We engage a very small group of third-party providers to keep AI Web Auditor running smoothly. Each provider processes data solely under our instructions and is bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.

• Payment processing: handled securely by Stripe — your payment details never touch our servers.
• Infrastructure & tools: cloud hosting, storage, authentication and analytics services that enable core functionality. These partners receive only the information necessary to perform their role.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

8. Your choices & rights

Regardless of where you live, you always have the ability to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export data in a structured format (portability)
• Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time

9. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Audit artefacts are retained for up to 24 months so you can revisit historical results. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

10. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for login and session management. With your consent we also set analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies through the banner or your browser settings.

We update this policy when our practices change. If updates are material we will notify you via email or in-app message.
